Please be aware that commitment and attendance are necessary to reach your goals., so I operate a zero-refund cancellation policy.

1. By clicking the button below, you understand that Healthy Life has a zero-refund policy. Coaching with Healthy Life requires an initial 3-month commitment, after which you will be on a month-to-month basis. If you sign up for the 1-year option, you acknowledge that it is a full 12-month commitment.

2. We thank you for choosing Healthy Life. for your health and wellness needs. By clicking the button below, you hold Healthy Life and all coaches harmless from any liability, injury, or death that may occur during our contracted time or thereafter. Please consult with your physician before starting any weight loss, health or exercise plan.

By using the e-sign feature below, each party agrees that this Agreement and any other documents to be delivered in connection herewith may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this agreement or such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
